Electrosonic SA is a major distributor of lighting, sound and image control in Southern Africa. They supply specialist AV products and complete AV systems for the corporate, retail, cultural, entertainment and leisure markets. They have a country-wide dealer network, with offices in Johannesburg and Durban, and a lighting service centre in Cape Town.

    Electrosonic’s site is rather dull. The content consists of a couple of short ‘news’ items and a page of links to their suppliers. Site navigation is poor.

    If you go to the PROMAG link, you can download PDF versions of their excellent PROMAG magazine for 2008 (although there’s nothing to tell you this – you have to click on the pics of the magazine covers.)

    The Marketing Effectiveness score of 48% is above average, more’s the pity.
