EventSites exists to help companies working in the events industry in South Africa to improve their websites. By providing honest and useful reviews of event industry sites, we hope to encourage event industry suppliers and organisations to make their websites more useful and easier to find. To this end, the reviews are as far as possible based on objective measurements.
None of the reviews on this site take into account the performance or capabilities of the companies themselves. Because it’s difficult to tell the size or expertise of a company from a website, a one-man operation can have a site that’s every bit as well-designed as the site of an industry giant. One would only hope that the giants of the industry take note and ensure that their websites are well designed, well maintained and easy to use.
